The products are packed in self sealed containers, which contain 400g of Pura Paste.
The Pura Pastes are highly concentrated. As little as 30 grammes of Pura Paste will flavour 1 Litre of cream.
The products can also be used for petit fours, all aspects of dessert work and even for flavouring bread, they are an intense concentrate of the natural product.
