Flavour Drops
Flavour Drops are water soluble intense flavours
which provide a unique and exceptionally efficient
method of adding flavour to dishes.
Flavour Drops provide a great degree of flexibility
regarding the level of flavour required. They
are very strong in their original state and can
be easily diluted in flavour with liquid or by
heat to taste. Consequently they can be used to
create exciting dishes bursting with either full,
concentrated flavour or more subtle hints of flavour
tones.
Because Flavour drops are highly concentrated
they can be used sparingly. 1-2 ml is ample to
flavour approximately l litre of base liquid.
This feature provides substantial gross profit
and labour savings.
Flavour Drops will flavour the entire menu and
are especially good at flavouring ice cream, chocolate,
sorbets, patisserie and creams etc etc. In fact
we have never found anything they won’t
flavour! You can also use these fantastic flavourings
for boosting flavours to increase the top notes
of the food whilst preserving the texture of the
natural product which you may whish to use for
decoration.
Flavour Drops have an extensive shelf life and
are GMO-free.

Puras 100%
If your looking for a range of exceptionally high
quality natural flavours that have texture and
colour, it’s you lucky day! Our range of
Pura 100% pastes are concentrates of the natural
product and will flavour any dish where a paste
can be added. Such dishes would include just about
all aspects of dessert work.
The pastes can also be used to flavour bread and
sauces. The Pura range includes Fruits, Nuts and
Specials which are all available in 400g units.
The concentration of the products is such that
as little as 30g of Pura is required to fully
flavour 1 Litre of Ice cream. These products are

Flavouring Oil
Our Flavouring Oils are pressed from the plant
or fruit and then purified to eliminate any impurities
such as the piff oil. This process cleans the
oils visually and increases their purity of flavour
while adding tartness. Flavouring oils are a natural
product and are GMO free.
